1. If further information or clarification is needed, conduct follow-up interviews with the candidates.

2. After prayer and consideration of the summary report, select the most suitable candidate.

3. Invite the candidate to take the role, giving an appropriate period of time for reflection and prayer.

4. Upon acceptance of the role, finalize the details of the transition process (including transition timeline, announcement method and development areas).

5. Properly archive all related materials to preserve a record of the process.
